Mark Milligan, 51, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 8:31 pm February 4, 2023 at his residence. He was born December 6, 1971 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to George and Denise (Hamment) Milligan. Mark is survived by his brother, Craig Milligan of Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Visitation will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
