Mildred Agnes Miller, 90, of Washington, died on December 24, 2022, in her home. She was born on June 20, 1932, in Dallas, WV, a daughter of the late McKinley and Cleora Belle Harris Fry. Mildred was a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening, and watching game shows on television, especially Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune and The Chase. On April 29, 1950, she married Cecil Ray Miller, who died on April 6, 2015. Surviving are a son, Cecil (Teresa) Miller, Jr.; five daughters, Jean Cummings, Sandy (David) Borkowski, Cecelia (Carl) Donley, Tammy (John) Mawhinney and Debra (Jeffrey) Rutan; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased are several brothers and sisters. Friends and family are welcome on Friday, December 30, 2022, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the time of funeral and committal service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.
