Kim Roland Pittman, 58, of Taylors, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County, SC, he was the son of Bernice Center Pittman and the late Louis Pittman. Mr. Pittman was owner of Pittman Logging and a member of Glassy Mountain Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Tanya Wright Pittman; daughter: Autumn Waldrop (Jacob); sons: Darren Joines, Jacob Joines; sisters: Linda Gosnell (Allen), Brenda Sue Cothran, Freda Blackwell (Alan); brothers: Randall Pittman (Debbie), Michael Pittman (Alicia); granddaughter: Morgan Waldrop; and his loving dogs: Luna, Lady Bird, and Jasmine. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Howze Mortuary. Funeral service will be held Thursday afternoon, December 29th, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. in Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Glassy Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. In addition to his father, he is predeceased by his brother-in-law: Robert Cothran. The family will be at the home. Memorials may be made to Glassy Mountain Baptist Church Fund 935 N.
