He was born in Valdosta, GA on January 3, 1949, a son to the late Aaron “Red” Sikes and Emily McGehee. William flew ultralights, and enjoyed planes and RC Cars. He is preceded in death by; Parents Red (Emily) Sikes, Sister; CaraJo O’Brien. William is survived by his wife of 18 years; Wanda Sikes of Leon, WV, Daughters; Candace (Derek) Head of Fort Worth, TX, Nikki (Willie) Holcomb of Point Pleasant, WV and Son; Ben Sikes of Fort Worth, TX, Sisters; Peggy (Ray) Chitty of Valdosta, GA and Lulu Sikes of Westwego, LA. He will be missed by many extended family and friends. Arrangements will be available at the convivence of the family. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
