William’s Obituary William “Bill” Henry Roach, 60, of St. Albans, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was born on May 26, 1961 in Charleston WV. Bill was a loving, caring and humble man, who had a passion for cars and professional wrestling. He worked at the Doughnut House in Spring Hill for many years when he was younger, and then Tri-State Greyhound and Gambling until he retired. He was the youngest of eight children and was the loving caretaker of their mother until she passed away seven years ago. Bill suffered a stroke at the age of 40 and compiled many other health issues from that stroke for most of his life. Bill was a wonderful uncle, not having any children of his own, he absolutely loved his nieces and nephews just like they were his. Heaven gained a true angel who will continue to watch over his family. He will be dearly missed He was preceded in death by his father, William “Willy” Edward Roach; mother, Tina “Tiny” Mae Roach; two nieces; and two nephews. Bill is survived by his siblings, Georgie Jarvis, Lynn Walton, John Roach, Paul Roach, Flora Vance, Mary Jane Richard, and Brenda Kay Reed; 17 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 12, in Fauber Cemetery, Bloomingrose, in Boone County, with Reverend Jeerid Ellis officiating.
