Wayne’s Obituary Wayne Randolph, 69, of Bangor, PA passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021. Wayne was born in Pen Argyl, PA on October 12, 1951. He is the husband of Pauline (Cantafio) Randolph. They celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on December 29, 2020. Wayne is the son of Earl L. Randolph, of Northampton, PA, and the late Doris (Mann) Randolph. Wayne was a 1969 graduate of Pen Argyl High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from East Stroudsburg University in 1973. He was employed as an Elementary School Teacher at Shafer Elementary School in the Nazareth Area School District where he spent his entire teaching career of 35 years, until retiring in 2008. Wayne was a member of the PSEA, NEA, NAEA, a lifetime member of the Bangor Elks Lodge 1106, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion. Wayne enjoyed coaching football and baseball for Nazareth High School for 15 plus years. He enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling (especially cruising), listening to classical music, and photography where he would catalog the photos on his computer. Wayne LOVED sports and was a lifelong, diehard Philadelphia sports fan. Wayne was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church in Easton, PA. He is known as Dad to son Jarred, and also to daughter, Lisa Reagle and her husband Matthew. He is known as Papa to granddaughters, Olivia and Natalie Reagle who are his pride and joy, the apples of his eye. Wayne is BIG brother to James Randolph, and his wife Susan; William Randolph and his wife Debra, and baby sister, Patricia Dennis and her husband Scott. Wayne is the Godfather of Rylan Stump. He also leaves behind Mother-In-Law, Mary Catafio, of Dunmore, PA, as well as several beloved inlaws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Our father lived his life to the fullest, on his terms, and for that most precious gift, we are very thankful. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 6 to 8 PM on Monday, June 7th at the James B. Gaffney Funeral Home, 314 S, First St., Bangor, PA. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 8th at St. Rocco’s Catholic Church, 6658 School Street, Martins Creek, PA. Burial will be held privately at New Catholic Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be offered at gaffneyparsons.com. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that everyone celebrate Wayne’s LIFE, well-lived, by donating to a scholarship, in the process of being created, in Wayne’s name.
