Obituary Mr. Walter Steven Bradford, age 71 of Villa Rica, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021. Funeral service will be 2 PM Thursday. December 9, 2021 at Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta with Pastor Joe Holcombe officiating. Burial will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Bradford, (known as Steve and Stevie) was born in Atlanta, Georgia and served in the Army Reserve. He also was a probation officer for the State of Georgia and City of Decatur. Mr. Bradford is preceded in death by his parents Walter P. Bradford and Mary Montgomery Bradford and sister Marilyn Malloy. He is survived by his wife Vicki Speir Bradford; son Brian Bradford (Tamara) of Winter Garden FL; daughter Kristen Cook (Michael) of Villa Rica; brother Joe Bradford (Thomasin) of South Carolina; brothers-in-law Frank Malloy, Edward J. Speir, Jr, and John W. Speir; grandchildren Jacob, Joshua and Jonah Bradford and Logan and Jonathan Kelly; and many cousins and nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, December 8 from 6 to 8 PM and one hour before the service on Thursday.
