Obituary of Thomas W. Storrie Thomas “Tom” Storrie was born and raised in Canastota NY. Tom was a graduate of Canastota high school where he participated in football baseball and wrestling. He then completed his degree at Cornell University with a degree in civil engineering. Tom was blessed with his family and many good friends that he made many wonderful memories with, including trips to Florida to see his son and trips to Europe with great friends. His last trip was recently to Florida where he was able to celebrate with his family and closest friends. Tom is survived by his wife, Carol, son, Chris (América), grandson, Wyatt, mother, Sophia Newberry and sister, Sharon (Ken) Kunkle. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 10am at Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr. Syracuse, NY 13219. Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 4 to 7pm at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Burial will be private in Assumption Cemetery.
