Schock, 86 of Camden, passed away at 4:44 am Monday October 25,2021 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center in Delphi. She was born March 17,1935 to the late Walter O. and Evelyn Downham Sprinkle. She was a 1953 graduate of Camden High School. She worked at Mohlman’s Jewelry Store after high school. Shirley was Librarian at the Camden-Jackson Twp. Public Library for 37 years retiring in 2011. Her Marriage was October 27,1953 at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Camden to Robert D. Schock. He preceded her in death July 10,2013. Shirley was a member of St Peters Lutheran Church where she was also organist. She was a member of the Camden Women’s Literary Club and Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are two sons, Todd (Rose) Schock of Delphi, Toby Schock of Camden and a daughter Tami (Scott) Wray of York, SC., grandchildren Lena Schock and Lisa Schock of Delphi, a great granddaughter at home. She was preceded in death by her sisters Joyce Sanderson, and Jean Harris. Funeral services will be held at St. Peters Lutheran Church at 10:30 am on Friday Oct 29,2021 with Pastor Kristen Schmid officiating. Burial will follow in the Camden Cemetery. Friend may call from 4pm until 7pm Thursday at Cree Funeral Home and from 10 am until time of services at the church.
