Russell “Leroy” McKinnie, age 86, of East Peoria, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by close family and Libby. Leroy was born on December 4, 1934 in East Peoria, a son of Russell and Clara (Hawley) McKinnie. Leroy is survived by one daughter, Michele (James) Johnson of Mackinaw, two grandchildren, Russell J.
