Obituary Reba Gay Reeves, 66 of Elkton, MD, died Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. Born in Fleetwood, NC, on May 26, 1955, she was the daughter of the late James Loss Hamby and Roxie (Church) Hamby. Prior to her retirement, Reba worked as a cashier at Wawa. She enjoyed listening to country music and going to the casino. Survivors include a brother: Roy Hamby; a sister: Betty Sue Boggs; her nephew who was her caregiver: James G. Hamby (Candice) all of Elkton, MD; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Reba was preceded in death by a brother: Rondy Hamby; and a sister: Geraldine Reeves.
