Obituary of Rachael Heppard HERKIMER – Miss Rachael Heppard, age 29, formerly of Binghamton, and currently a resident of the FoltsBrook Center in Herkimer, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday evening, December 27, 2021. Rachael was born on February 19, 1992 and was raised in the Binghamton area. Her life held many challenges but she was very blessed to receive the love and care that she did from the devoted caregivers at Folts Brook. Rachael’s earthly remains will be laid to rest this coming week in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Herkimer.
