A private graveside service for Mr. Pat McClenny, age 80 of Lindale, Texas, was held 2:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2021 at the Lindale City Cemetery with Bro. Byron Howard officiating. Services are under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale, Texas. Pat passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at a hospital in Tyler, Texas. He was born in New Hope Community, Texas on June 19, 1940 to the late Codia Everett and Ilene (Gipson) McClenny. Pat served in the United States National Guard and was a lifelong resident of Lindale, Texas. He married the love of his life, Nancy, on June 17, 1960. Pat worked as a truck driver for many years and enjoyed ranching, cows, horses, and being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tony M. McClenny. Pat is survived by his wife of almost 61 years, Nancy McClenny of Lindale, Texas; sister, Julia McClenny Jarman of Lindale, Texas; brothers, Michael E. McClenny of Lindale, Texas; Dick P. McClenny and wife, Glenda of Lindale, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
