Hammerle Brock, age 85, of the Jabez Community in Pulaski County, passed from this life on Monday, July 19, 2021 at her home after an extended illness. She was born on September 3, 1935 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late Fred G. Hammerle and Regina Leising Hammerle. Nancy was a type setter for the University of Cincinnati for a number of years before retiring. She was a loving, kind and generous mother, who also enjoyed traveling and caring for her husband and family. She was a member of the Homemakers club and perhaps her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially at the lake. She was of the Catholic Faith and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband; James “Jim” Brock who passed away in 2018, a brother; George Hammerle and a brother-in-law; Tom Kroger. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her beloved children; Donald Brock and Robert (Sheere) Brock all of Cincinnati, Jeanne (Mickey) Farmer and Victoria (Robin) Moeller all of Jabez, her grandchildren; Lyn, Jamie, Jeff, Lori, Regina, Cody, Jaclyn, Chelsey, Austin, Michael and Ashley, ten great-grandchildren; Jake, Daniel, Connor, Shaylee, Ashton, Madelyn, Paisley, Jamison, Remington and Astra, a brother; Lowell (Peggy) Hammerle of Cincinnati, two sisters; Mary Claire (Jack) Kahny, and Arlene Kroger all of Cincinnati, a sister-in-law; Mary Ann Hammerle of Dillsboro, Indiana as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 in the Chapel of the Nancy Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Morrow’s Chapel Cemetery in Jabez.
