She passed away on July 21, 2021, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 65. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; 1 Son, Dale Fox 1 Granddaughter, Elaine Taylor Bilbrey 1 Sister In-law, Donna Smith 2 Nieces, Jennifer Stockton and Shawna Bowman 1 Nephew, James Smith She is Survived by; 2 Daughters and a son-in-law, Peggy and Tony Keith and Patty Harris Flinchum 1 Brother, Eddie Smith 5 half brothers and sisters 6 Grandchildren, Katherine Bilbrey, Angela Bilbrey, Sage Fox, Samuel Conner, Bailey Flinchum and Meranda Flinchum 7 Great Grandchildren 1 Daughter in-law: Jamie Fox 1 Niece, Amber Spicer 1 Nephew, Floyd Smith A Graveside Memorial will be held at a later date.
