Obituary TAMPICO – Micheal W. Bryan, 73 died Tuesday November 2, 2021 at his home. He was born on August 30, 1948 in Morrison, the son of Wayne and Doris (Bumphrey) Bryan. He married Deann M. Waldron on December 10, 1989. Micheal had worked for 30 years at Northwestern Steel and Wire in Sterling; then drove for Pierceson Trucking in Tampico, Grennan Farms in Rock Falls, Greenwood Trucking in Mineral and Rock River Lumber & Grain. He had tended bar at the former Good Times Tap and the 5th Quarter in Tampico. He had enjoyed his 38’ Chevy, antiquing, working on and collecting old clocks. Survivors include his wife, Deann; his children: Mary Bryan (Thomas Frank) of Tampico, Jennifer (Frank) Spooner and Cathy Arduini both of Rock Falls, Rebecca (Cory) Tessen of Bettendorf, Randi (Hector) Vazquez of Tucson, AZ and Michael W. Bryan (Hannah Henrekin) of Tampico; his father Wayne Bryan of Tampico; his sister Ruth Sturtevant of Milledgeville; his brother Robert Bryan of Tampico; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother; his sister Jacqueline Jaquet; his son in law Eric Arduini; and four infant children. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 10, 2021 from 5-7 PM at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut. A memorial fund has been established.
