Obituary Melvin Smith, 75, of Berea died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at his residence. He was an Arjay, Kentucky native born May 16, 1946 son of the late Millard Smith and the Late Elizabeth Wilder Sizemore, and had been a resident of Madison County most of his life. Survivors include his son Alan Wayne Smith; granddaughter Lizzie Smith; sister Jeweleen Hormann; as well as numerous relatives and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Debbie Mullins Smith. In accordance with Melvin’s wishes he was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
