Margaret “Marge”‘s Obituary Margaret Mary “Marge” Billick (nee Papesh). July 29, 1948 – October 22, 2021. Beloved wife of 51 years to John T.; Loving mother of John T. Jr. “Ted” (Eleni), Bradford A. (Tina), and Bethany M.; Cherished grandmother of John T. III “JT”, Charlie V., Brandon A., Brooklyn M., and Briley A.; Daughter of the late Anthony J. and Theresa Papesh (nee Kenik); Dear sister of Theresa, Dorothy, Anthony R. (deceased), and Donald F. (deceased); Dear aunt to many. Marge graduated from St. Lawrence School and Our Lady of Lourdes High School. She was employed by regional accounting firms after receiving her accounting degree from Kent State University while raising three children. Margaret was a member of St. Mary’s Parish in Hudson where she volunteered on the bereavement committee for 40 years and especially enjoyed serving the veterans at the annual Veterans Day Luncheon. She enjoyed spending time at Gem Beach on Lake Erie with her family and traveling with her husband across the United States with a particular fondness for Napa and Sonoma, California. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Fortuna Funeral Home, 7076 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Hudson, 340 N Main St, Hudson, OH 44236. Everyone is asked to meet at the Church. Interment St. Mary Cemetery in Hudson.
