Obituary Ms. Mamie Bailey, 79, of 710 South Washington Avenue, Dunn, passed away May 4, 2021. She leaves to cherish her memories: her children – Pastor Terry Spears of Erwin, Kimberly Bailey of Dunn; sons – Pastor Jerry Bailey (Pastor Sandy), Harvey Bailey (Kathy), David Bailey (Yolanda), Bobby Bailey ( Carmen) all of Dunn; a granddaughter she reared in the home – Latonya McLean; 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; sisters – Mary Williams (Elvin), Portia Davis (Carl), Judith Williams (Rodney), Janice McLean (Ronald), Paula McLean all of Dunn, Annie Williams of Benson; brothers – Floyd McLean, Eddie McLean (Linda), Evestus McLean all of Dunn; aunt Ruby Blue of Dunn; brother in-law – Joseph Bailey of the home; two special friends – Elizabeth Chase, half pint of Dunn; a special friend Evang. Margie West; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The public viewing will be Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Dafford Funeral Home, Dunn, from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, with no more than 10 individuals inside at one time. Masks are required and practice social distancing. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Cape Fear A Conference Headquarters in 25 Beaver Road, Erwin, with following conference guidelines for masks, entrance, capacity and social distancing.
