Lorraine’s Obituary Lorraine Bourg, 97, of Hemphill, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Legacies Nursing and Rehab in Hemphill, Texas. Lorraine was born on April 5, 1924 in Ennis, Texas to Theodore Jackson Farrar and Mildred Butler. She worked as a secretary for Southern Pacific Railroad. Lorraine enjoyed life whether it was sitting in front of her window to look at the lake or pulling the slots at The Horseshoe Casino. She is survived by her son, Edward Kennen and wife, Rita of Hemphill, Texas; sister, PatWatts of McKinney, Texas; nephew, Kerry Watts and wife, Melissa of McKinney, Texas; great niece, Lou Ella Watts; and one grandchild, Edward B. Kennen. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Memorial Oak Cemetery in Houston, Texas under the direction of Starr Funeral Home.
