Linda’s Obituary Linda Christine Stover, 74, of Dunbar, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was born on October 4, 1946, in Charleston, to the late Charles and Sylvia Heater. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Brandon Stover; and her brother, Chuck Heater. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Jay Stover; sons, Jay Stover Jr. of Winfield, Scott Stover and wife Gwen of St. Albans; daughter, Tonya Foster and husband Robert of Charleston; sister, Vonda Holley and husband Bill of Cross Lanes; brother, Ron Heater and wife Beth of Nitro; and her grandsons, Justin and Zackary Moore of Charleston. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, at Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle, Dunbar with Pastor Tom Price officiating. A private burial will take place in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle, Dunbar. Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
