Julia “Julie” Ellen Hemphill Duncan, 65, widow of Roger William Duncan, passed away November 2, 2021. A native of Greer, daughter of the late Mickey Hemphill and Dean Henderson Hemphill Price, she was an employee of Carolina Belting and a member of Fairview Baptist Church where she served as a longtime nursery worker. Surviving are two brothers, Mickey Hemphill of Greer and Smokey Price (Kelly) of Greer; three nieces, Anna Kate H. Kolesnyk (Stan) of Virginia, Kylie Semones (Adam) of Simpsonville, and Shelby Flynn of Greer; a nephew, Connor Flynn (Brittany) of Greer; great-nephew, Carter Flynn; and great-niece, Blakely Flynn. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Calvin Price, Sr. After a private family burial, a memorial service will be held 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021, at Fairview Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Eddie Leopard and Rev.
