Joseph Raia January 28, 1928 – December 15, 2021 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Joseph Raia, of Charlton and previously of Watertown, passed away peacefully on December 15,2021 at the age of 93. Born on January 28, 1928, he was the son of the late Mary (Indorato) and Joseph Raia. He was the loving partner of Irene Rohe who predeceased him. He was the beloved father of Joann (Reidy) of Worcester and Yvonne Raia. His family included son-in-law Matthew Reidy and grandchildren Anna, Maria, Christopher and Catherine Reidy, as well as Benjamin Johnston, Veronica Johnston (Troy Love) and great-granddaughter Lily Love. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Joe was a kind man with a generous heart who made an impact on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Services will be offered for Joseph at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph’s Church in Wakefield on Monday December 21. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pernet Family Health Service in Worcester in his memory.
