Obituary of John Shu-Chi Chiang John Shu-Chi Chiang, 84, of East Windsor passed Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at home. Born in Hong Kong and grew up in Taiwan, he graduated from the National Taiwan University in 1960. John moved to the United States in 1963 and attended Highland University in New Mexico for his Masters Degree, moved to South Orange in 1965 to attend Seton Hall University for his PhD Degree. John later moved to East Windsor and Hamilton. John worked as a Research and Development Chemist for FMC Corporation, Princeton and was awarded 18 patents. John retired in 1999. He was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, the Dragon Club in the Riviera Adult Community. Son of the late Kee-Yen and Margaret (Chen) Chiang, he is survived by his wife of 57 years Connie Yi-Kang (Wong) Chiang, a daughter, Kelly Morgan and her husband Scott , a son, Michael Chiang and his wife Regina, 4 sisters Patty, Mary, Shirley, Jenny, 3 grandchildren Christopher Morgan, Amelia Chiang, and Elise Chiang. Funeral Services are Private under the direction of the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home
