Jeffrey’s Obituary Jeffrey J. Czerniak, 42, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 21, 2021 in Campbellsport. He was born on November 12, 1979 in Milwaukee, the son of Steven J. and Judy A. (nee Ekdahl) Czerniak. Jeff worked as a HVAC Technician. He enjoyed snowmobiling, cooking, grilling and drawing. Jeff loved to try new and different cuisines but most important was time spent with his family. Survivors include his children Alexis, Valerie, Ava and Braelyn, his mother Judy Czerniak, his sister Rebecca Czerniak, his niece Hailey, other relatives and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Steven and grandparents Selma and Ervin Czerniak and Margaret and George Ekdahl. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 27th at 2:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport.
