Obituary Hector Alvarado, age 67, of Crown Point, Indiana, originally from East Chicago, Indiana, and also resided in Glen Park, Gary, Indiana, transitioned to be with our Heavenly Father on November 28, 2021. Hector was born January 22, 1954, to his late parents, Antonia and Carlos Alvarado, Sr., in Laredo, Texas. Hector leaves behind his loving wife of 27 years, Mary E. Alvarado, (30 children, Debbie Alvarado, Hector C. Alvarado, and Alex (Linda) Alvarado, (2) step-children, Rudy Gonzalez, and Juliana Ishii; 21 grandchildren, and (3) great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
