Hazel’s Obituary Cronk, Hazel of Flushing, age 87, died Saturday, October 30, 2021, at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2021, at Rossell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Hazel was born in Roscommon, Michigan, the daughter of Richard Darius and Caroline Jeanette (Alexander) Comstock. She married Wilson Cronk on April 3, 1954, in Angola, Indiana. Together, they shared over 62 years of marriage. Hazel worked at AC Spark Plug before retiring from Buick City. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Hazel is survived by her three children, Donna Jean Hampton of Flushing, Will E. Cronk and husband John Peterson of Columbus, Ohio, Ronald Wesley Cronk; three grandchildren, Donny, Kayla, Candace; four great-grandchildren, Amariah, Spencer, Sophia, Alexander; brother, Kenneth and wife Sharon Comstock; sister-in-law, Verna and husband Robert Hayes of Flint; and nieces and nephews.
