Halla was predeceased by her loving husband Allen Scott, her parents Arthur and Marion Teal, her brother Ted Teal, and grandson Christopher Sanford. She is survived by her children Jon (Anna) Scott and Joeline (Dallas) Watson, her 5 grandsons David, Jeremy, Chad, James, and Trey, and her sister Jan (Gary) Bryer along with many nieces and nephews. Halla requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Halla’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Ridge Manor Community United Methodist Church on Thursday 12/9/2021 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to the church in her name.
