Obituary Gwendolyn ‘Gwen’ Marie Elliott of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was peacefully welcomed into heaven on Christmas Day December 25, 2021, at the age of 91. Gwen was the oldest daughter of the late Clifford & Geneva Elliott. Gwen was a graduate of Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and had a long, successful teaching career positively impacting many young students in Colorado, Michigan, and Indiana. She enjoyed travel and served in many church communities discipling women throughout her long, abundant life. Gwen was a member of Redeemer Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Ada, MI. Besides her parents, Gwen was preceded in death by her sisters Ethel Mae Elliott Pasma and Marcia Elaine Elliott. She is survived by her brother-in-law Theodore (Ethel deceased) Pasma, her nephews Douglas (Vicki) Pasma, Stephen (Lynda) Pasma, David (Becky) Pasma and nieces, Laurel (Tom deceased) Fowler & Rhonda (Doug) Datema. In addition, she is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews. A celebration memorial service will be held on Friday January 7, 2022, at 3:30pm at Holland Home Raybrook Manor Chapel, 2121 Raybrook S.E., Grand Rapids, MI. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holland Home Patient Assistance Fund (2100 Raybrook St. SE STE 300 Grand Rapids, MI 49546) or Redeemer Orthodox Presbyterian Church (8605 Fulton St. E Ada, MI 49301).
