Goldie K. Reiss, 87, formerly of Northampton passed away on August 24, 2021, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Allentown. She was the beloved wife of the late Jonathan H. Reiss for 53 years before his passing in December of 2007. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Pearl (Diehl) Hunsberger. Goldie worked as an inspector in a clothing factory in Northampton for many years before her retirement. She was a member of the former Trinity United Church of Christ… of Coplay. She is survived by three children. David E. Reiss and wife LuAnn of Northampton; Keith D. Reiss and wife Maria of Bath; and Debra M., wife of Ed Buttner, Sr. of Bath. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, PA 18037. A visitation will be held from 10-11 AM in the funeral home.
