Gary’s Obituary Mr. Gary Clinton Buxton, Jr., of Warrenton, MO., passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021. He was born on January 18, 1982 in St. Charles, MO., to Gary Sr. and Darlene (nee: Meyer) Buxton. He had reached the age of 39 years. Gary loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was always ready for the next adventure. After graduating from high school, he began his career as a union carpenter. Gary began his own business “Pro-line Construction LLC” in 2008. Then in 2011 he expanded his business to “Pro-line Construction and Guttering LLC”, then expanded again in 2014 to “Pro-line Contracting LLC”. In 2012, he moved to Florida where he owned a spraying foam insulation business for 2 years. He had plans to build his own home and own a farm one day. He was also passionate about his family, loving them dearly, especially his younger brother, Michael. The boys were extremely close, talking everyday and spending many hours hunting and fishing together. Gary took Michael on his first turkey hunt and called the turkey in for him. He had prefected the turkey call using only his voice, much to the dismay of a neighbor , who owned a pet turkey. While Gary loved all of his family, his Grandma and Grandpa Buxton took first place. Gary also had a special bond with his “little buddy” Leo. He loved Leo like a son and took him on his first hunting trip too. He enjoyed boating and skiing while on vacation at Branson and Lake of the Ozarks with family and friends. Gary was always willing to lend a hand to anyone. He was very adamant with his political views, always ready to share his views and make his point known. Gary loved to laugh and he did so whole heartedly at a good joke but, he also could giggle whole heartedly at the drop of a hat. Gary and his Dad, Gary Sr., began coon hunting when he was a child. They enjoyed father-son hunting trips at the Bauman farm in Paris, MO. Gary and Michael also spent many hours hunting at their grandparent’s farm in Jonesburg. They loved to hunt for deer and rabbit. Gary and his mother and father treasured many heart to heart conversations about life, dreams of the future and anything else that came to mind. Gary had a awesome smile and gave wonderful hugs. He was a loving son, brother, grandson and friend to many. Gary Buxton Jr., was preceded in death by his grandfather, Merle Buxton; grandparents, William “Bud” Meyer and Eleanor Meyer; one uncle, Richard Buxton; two cousins, Nicholas D. Meyer and Kevin R. Buxton; great grandparents, Walter and Ella Bakameyer, Patrick and Erna Buxton, William and Nora Meyer, Henry and Daisy Schulze.
