Debra A. “Deb” Staley, 68, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Monday December 27, 2021 at her residence. She was the wife of Larry L. Staley, with whom she celebrated 50 years in marriage. Deb was born in Hershey on January 21, 1953 to the late John Schell, Sr., and Josephine (Bargo) Schell. She had worked at a daycare. She was a former member of The Hershey Free Church. She enjoyed cross stitch, reading, baking, quilting, watching games shows on TV, and her dogs. Surviving in addition to her husband is her son, Terry Staley of Elizabethtown, an honorary daughter, Rin Mentzer of Lebanon, and her siblings, John Schell, Gene Schell, Gary Schell, and a sister Gloria Schell. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Gesford. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 11AM at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville. There will be a viewing held from 10AM until 11AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067.
