Deborah Lee Frank “Debbie”, 68, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021. She was a lifetime member of American Legion Post 193 Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephine and Norman Shadowen; sisters, Sue Collings, Judy Glock and Becky McGuire; brother, Kenneth Shadowen. She is survived by her loving husband, Clarence E. Frank; her “adopted” son, Zachary Watrous; sisters, Diane Gilkey (Charles), Mary Cherwak (Jim); brothers, Tommy Shadowen (Jennifer) and Don Shadowen (Peggy); brother-in-law, Leon Frank (Ginny) beloved friends and neighbors, Betty Horn, David Koufeldt, Lucille Head, the Willoughbys, and Rick and Cheryl Thomas. Funeral services will be 1P.M. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funerals & Family Cremation Care 2114 W. Market Street with burial in Brookland Cemetery, Shepherdsville, Ky.
