Obituary Of West Mifflin, age 67, on Saturday, December 5, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Ed Ruffing. Loving mother of Ed (Jaime) Ruffing of North Versailles and Jessie (Michael “Ope”) Ruffing. Cherished grandmother of Jackie Ruffing. Dear sister of Laurie (Dan)Costello, Terri Flynn and Jim Flynn. Also survived by numerous family and friends. Debbie really enjoyed going to the lake house in Pymatuning Friends welcome Saturday 2-7 PM in the Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home and Crematory Inc; 700 Linden Ave. at Cable; East Pittsburgh, 412-824-8800, where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday at 7 PM.
