Persaud, Dassie A. (nee) Basdeo age 62 a resident of Teaneck and born in Trinidad died Friday. October 8, 2021. Beloved wife of Sookdeo Persaud. Devoted mother and best friend of Shiva, Vinod, and Vijay Persaud. Dear sister of Indra and Chandra Basdeo. Loving aunt of Vidya Wilfinger, Sean Ragoobir and Victoria Basdeo. Dassie worked for many years as a real estate agent at Russo Real Estate in Teaneck. Family and friends are invited to visit Monday 8AM to 1PM at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck. Cremation services to take place at Garden State Crematory, North Bergen.
