1975 2021
Obituary of Chad Allen Shaffer Chad Allen Shaffer, 45, passed onto glory on October 27, 2021. Left to cherish his memory are his father Dennis Shaffer; mother Ok Sun Yi; loving wife, of 23 years, Amanda Shaffer; son Hunter Shaffer; daughters Morgan-Ashleigh Shaffer, and Megan-Grace Shaffer. Chad was a loving husband, father, son, and friend. He loved hard and played hard. Chad was a protector who was loyal and caring. He was brutally honest and could be stubborn and sarcastic. Chad was a hard worker and an excellent provider for his family. They were his number one priority. Chad adored his parents and was a wonderful son and only child. He was well liked by friends and everyone who worked for him at Midas. He was affectionately known as the “Boss Man”. Chad could fix anything. He could work on cars just as good as the mechanics, however without the training. It just came natural to Chad. He loved cars, especially his Camaro and Corvette. Chad loved sports and was a true Florida Gators fan. He also loved his dogs like they were his kids. Chad had several special sayings and wise words he would share. To his wife he would always say “I love you more”. One of his favorite sayings was “never sit with your back to the door” and he would never say good-bye just… “see you later”. Chad will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, Chad’s family requests that donations be made to an animal shelter of your choice in his memory.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Chad Allen Shaffer 1975 2021.
