Obituary It has pleased the Lord to take home our dear mother, Mrs. Betty Van Dyke, age 89, of Grand Rapids, on Thursday, February 11, 2021. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jake; brothers, Henry, Harold, and Casey, all of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Betty is survived by her children, Faith (Tim) Bazen, Tom (Jolie) Van Dyke, David (Deb) Van Dyke; 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. The family will greet friends and relatives on Tuesday, February 16, from 9:30 – 11:00AM with a funeral service starting at 11:00AM at First Netherlands Reformed Church (1261 Beckwith NE 49515). The family would like to say a special thank you to Third Floor Nursing at Raybrook Manor, Faith Hospice, and to D-Marie and the DeVos 1 staff. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Trinitarian Bible Society (927 Alpine Commerce Park NW, STE 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49544).
