Amber’s Obituary A resident of Franklinton, LA, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Touro Infirmary LCMC Health in New Orleans, LA. She was born August 1, 1988 in Independence, LA and was 33 years of age. She is survived by her son, Adin Augustine; daughter, Serenity Chaney; father, Paul Smith, Sr.; mother, Cheryl Smith; brother, Paul Smith, Jr. and Cheryl Taylor; sister, Melissa Smith and Wayne Palmer; nephews, Heath Vince, Jr. and Trenton Jarrell; niece, Nevaeh Palmer; significant other, Emmitt Warren. Preceded in death by her sister, Dallas Smith.
