Obituary Alie Hendrickson of Kinston passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. She was 79. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2021, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with Rev. Dewey Elmore, officiating. Burial will follow at Travelers Rest Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson, directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, January 3, 2021, from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Mrs. Hendrickson was born in Walton County, FL on September 21, 1941, to the late Harvey and Lonie Zell Jackson. She was a member of Pine Level Baptist Church. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the shirt factory for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Collis Lowell Hendrickson; and all six of her siblings, Julie Brooks, Vador Hobbs, Zabra Wright, Zadie Robbins, Adie Johnson, and Leamon Jackson. She is survived by her daughter, Dianne Lewellyn (Mark); grandson, Matthew Mark Lewellyn, all of Crestview, FL; step-granddaughter, Brittiney Lewellyn; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
