He was born August 22, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico to Alberto Pio Felici M.D. and Lilia De La Cruz de Felici. He was one of six offspring from that holy union. Albert was raised in McAllen, TX where he attended public schools and graduated from McAllen High where he ran track for he Bulldogs. In his junior year in High school he was ranked 7th in the State of Texas as sprinter. He later attended Pan Am University in Edinburg. He was always well liked. He will always be remembered for his wonderful personality and love for his family and friends. Preceded in death by his mother, Lilia De La Cruz. He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory his Father, Alberto Pio Felici, Siblings, Aldo Gonzalo Felici, Lilia Felici, Juan Carlos Felici, Yolanda Felici Pequeno and Joseph Henry Felici, 16 nephews and nieces. Graveside inurnment Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, McAllen.
