Sympathies message

  1. Tom hired me at McNeal Hospital – he provided an opportunity – a second chance in my career – I owe a lot to him – when I had lost my mom he encouraged me to seek help – it worked – both of us lost our roles at the hospital and interviewed at another company – the company narrowed its search to Tom and I. When each of us found out – Tom stepped back! Unbelievable- he was a very special person – I didn’t know he died almost 2 years ago ! I wanted to document how supportive he was for me outside of “work”. Tom was a great leader at the hospital – what ever the obstacle I knew I had his support to get around it or through it! He was also an honest man – he didn’t mislead you – when I didn’t reach the top of the mountain – he told me. A great IT leader ! ahead of time ! I owe a lot to him ! I wish was around to talk with ! He will be missed
