Obituary Olan “Ray” Trammell, 73, passed away on September 22, 2020. A memorial service is planned for 11:00a.m., Saturday, October 3, 2020 at the Burnet Presbyterian Church. He was born on October 7, 1946 to Olan and Cleo Frazier Trammell in San Antonio, TX. Ray was educated in San Antonio at Leon Valley Elementary and Robert E. Lee High School. After school, Ray received his electrical license at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas and worked for Rose Construction in Abilene, Texas for 15 years. In 2008, Ray was injured in a construction accident which forced his early retirement. Ray was a member of the Burnet Presbyterian Church, attending with his mother. He loved his mother so much and enjoyed living with her and spoiling her with his loving care for 9 years, until his death. Ray is preceded in death by his fraternal grandparents and his favorite grandma “Susie Marrs”; his father; his brother Joe C. Trammell; nephew, Ty A. Trammell; cousin, Larry Frazier, and several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his mother, Cleo Trammell Dulls; aunt and uncle, Cletta and Dorman Frazier; cousins, Debbie Peachee (Tim), Jeff Frazier, Linda Frazier, Don Trammell; sister in law, Beegee Trammell; numerous nieces and nephews.
