Obituary Mary H. Howard, 91, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on December 1, 1928 to John and Edith (Martin) Ramsey in Corbin, Kentucky. Mary retired after 30 years working in the government sales department of Firestone in Noblesville. After retirement, she moved to Florida where she was a member of the Tampa Woman’s Club and the Tampa Garden Club. She is survived by her son, Wallace (Rose) Howard; 2 grandchildren, Mitch and Meredith; 1 great-grandchild; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gary V. Howard; 3 brothers, Paul, Larry and Maurice Ramsey; and a sister, Ruth Scott. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
