Obituary Dylan Lee Carter, 27 of Elkmont, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Carter was born July 24, 1993 to Floyd Miller Jr. and Timberly LeeAnn Carter. Memorial Services for Mr. Carter will be held private at a later date. He is survived by his father, Floyd Miller Jr. (Janice); mother, Timberly Carter; brother, Floyd Allen Miller III and Mitchel Oliver Miller; sister, Laila Taylor Sands and Haley Marie Miller; uncles, Lonnie Lee Carter, Dallas Quarrels and Jason Miller; aunt, Dawn Sheldon; grandmothers, Jean Carter and Tina Rohrback; grandfather, Floyd Miller Sr. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Dylan Lee Carter, please visit our Tribute Store.
