A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late James & Effie Sweeney Hartley. She was a CNA and homemaker. Christina loved to paint and loved her nieces & nephews. Survivors include her brothers: James Hartley, Jeffrey Hartley, Robert Carrier and Thomas Carrier. Four Sisters: Stephanie Reed, Lisa Mahara, Barbara Dugger, and Vicky Gregg. Several nieces & Nephews. Her fiance, Jerry Hilliard Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 pm. Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Richard Wise. Interment will follow in the Lyons Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Music will be provided by Sheila Hall and Shirley Ward. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
