He was born to Charles and Kimberly Miller November 19, 1988 in Tipton IN. He is survived by his sister, Racheal and Warren Hiner of Elwood IN, his brother, Brent Brown of Elwood IN, his mother, Kimberly and Kenny McNamee of Bellview Florida, His very special grandmother, Janice of Elwood, his Uncle Kevin and Aunt Judy of Oakford IN, his step grandmother, Barbara Marcrum of Elwood IN and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, his racing friends, Michael Lee, Greg Powell, Garritt Powell, Ashley Powell and Fiance Paul Enlow. Carl was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edward Miller, Grandparents, Ed and Donna Miller, Grandfather, Roy Marcrum, his Great Grand Parents, Harold and Ruth Harris.
