Obituary Camella Johnston (Moretti), 99, passed away at home Sunday August 30, 2020. She was the wife of the late Lloyd Johnston. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Marie Moretti. Camella is survived by her devoted daughter Evelyn E. Sarro, with whom she lived, five grandchildren, Joseph Sarro, Gina Carlucci and husband Adam, Maria Enright, Diana Roy and John Sarro and wife Carrie. She was the loving grandmother of 6 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren and was preceded in death by one great-grandson. Camella is survived by one sister, Evelyn Padula and was the sister of the late Alvera Russo, Rose DelGuidice, Angie Antonucci, Celia Spolidoro, Jennie Titherington, Anna Izzi, Theresa Pacifico, Angelo (Tony) Moretti, Mary Pannone and half siblings, Domenic (Tom) Moretti, Luigi Moretti, Laura Moretti and Lena Petrillo. Camella’s funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to PACE Organization RI 225 Chapman Street Providence, RI 02905.
