Obituary Yvonne E. Sperzel, 90, passed away on Saturday at Baptist Health Floyd. She was the co-owner of a cleaning service, Pink Ladies, but stayed very busy with other organizations. She was a member of the Theta-Alpha Epsilon Society, Eastern Stars – Labell Chapter #419, American Legion Auxiliary #28 and the New Middletown Homemakers. She also loved to draw, write poetry and watch IU basketball games. Yvonne is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Arachikavitz (Henry), Kathy Ann Jackson, Kimberly Sue Davis (Lonnie); 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis E. Sperzel Jr.; son, Robert L. Sperzel Sr.; daughter, Deborah K. Wilkins; parents, Jesse Sr. and Clara Blair; brothers, Morris, Jesse Jr. and William Blair. Visitation will be held at the Oak Street location of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes on Tuesday, 2-8 PM and Wednesday, 11-1 PM with funeral service to follow at 1 PM. She will buried at Graceland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Yvonne’s name to the Theta-Alpha Epsilon Society.
