Survivors are his wife, Sabrina Lewis; three sons, John (Shante) Lewis Jr., Phillip Q. Lewis, Anthony Samuels; mother, Mattie Ellison; sisters, Pearlie Mae Bolton, Annie Williams, Wanda Walker; brothers, Leon Jordan, Napoleon Jordan, Jerome Lewis, Danny Ellison; six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mr. Lewis may be viewed at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 1 to 6 p.m. Please adhere to guidelines for social distancing and wearing masks.
