Louise worked as an operator dispatcher for Yellow Cab in Philadelphia for many years. Daughter of the late David Powell and the late Alma Powell (nee Scott). Beloved wife of 56 years to John D. Fulks. Dear sister of Willa Powell, the late William Powell, and the late Channie Powell. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, August 21st from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 11:00 am.
